A third bedroom has two single beds with en suite shower/toilet. A spacious living room and dining area leads onto the wide covered balcony with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ through folding sliding doors. The unit is equipped with TV, DStv (bring own card), VCR/DVD.

There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen and the adjoining scullery has a dish washer, tumble dryer and washing machine. A fourth bedroom leads off behind the kitchen and has one single bed and en suite shower/toilet. This bedroom also has a separate outside entrance. One other single bed is situated in the study off the living room area. Linen, towels and pool/beach towels supplied. The apartment can sleep 8 persons and there are 3 undercover parking bays for vehicles.
